If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I teamed up with Mary Kay this past weekend for the ACM Awards. While I will share more details of our fun, FUN weekend on Wednesday, I did want to show you guys the look I wore to the Academy of Country Music Awards last night!

This was my first award show to attend, and while the show was unbelievable and SO good, the red carpet was my favorite part. It was so much fun to be down there while all of countries biggest stars strolled through. And you guys, the fashion…oh my goodness gracious everyone was dressed to the nines and looked just amazing.

Since CLEARLY I was not winning an award or performing and was just there to see the fashion and the show, I decided to go with a short blue lace fit and flare Nha Khnah cocktail dress. This blue lace fit and flare is one of my favorite styles that Nha Khnah does (love the tulle popping out) and it was perfect for this event. Not only was the dress super comfortable this silhouette was so flattering and I didn’t feel like I had to suck in my stomach all night (if that makes sense). I did take these photos before the event and ended up going with a pale pink shoe for an extra fun pop at the last minute! I am really pleased with my choice to change from a nude shoe to something that was a little more un expected. (you can see my red carpet look here)

I have to say, this dress would also be perfect for any spring weddings you may have to attend! To keep my legs looking long, I went with a classic nude pump and carried a blue clutch for a little pop!

This Nha Khnah blue lace fit and flare cocktail dress is such a classic and I was so happy that I got to wear such a gorgeous piece to such a special event!
