Blue & White Midi Skirt

I have loved midi skirts for quite sometime but I have not found ‘the one’ that I really felt right and that I wanted to invest in. While shopping at Nordstrom a few weeks ago I came across this blue and white Milly midi skirt. I was immediately drawn to the colors (navy & white is classic) and the interesting print. Often when buying such a staple I tend to lean towards the more solid colors but this one was too good to pass on and I knew that although the print is kind of wild if paired with the right tops it can work on more than a handful of occasions.

This particular day I was headed to a summer lunch and I felt like a simple silk tank would work perfectly.  I have also worn the skirt with a basic white tee and I even paired it with a solid navy tee shirt just last week for an afternoon meeting. I will say pairing it with the navy shirt has been one of my favorite ways to wear it! I can’t wait to find my next midi skirt but for now this Milly flare midi skirt will be on major repeat!
