White After Labor Day

White after Labor Day has always been quite the debate. Some people (like me) don’t like to follow fashion ‘rules’ but others stick to them like it’s no bodies business. To me, white is appropriate year round. While I am not saying that wearing your white spaghetti strap summer linen dresses is appropriate during the fall/winter but things like white jeans, white blouses, white sweaters or as fashionistas like to call it ‘winter white’ is perfect this time of year.

When the temps actually do drop this look paired with sandals is not going to fly, I plan to swap my tank for a white sweater (this one is gorgeous) and my sandals for a pair of riding boots and just like that I have taken a simple white look from summer to fall and from fall to winter.
