Last week Wade and I spent the week in Cabo. It was one last getaway before I say goodbye to airplanes and long car rides until after the baby arrives (hello third trimester). It was a week that I had been looking forward to since January and I cannot tell you how sad I am that it is already over! Wade and I have been blessed to be able to travel quite a bit over the last 8 years but for some reason this last pre-baby getaway was one of my favorites. It really was a combination of all of my favorite things: Wade, the beach, sunshine, arnold palmers (my drink of choice for the week), an unreal hotel, room service, naps and so many laughs. It really was the perfect holiday!
Upon arriving back in Dallas Friday evening, we could not have been greeted with more beautiful weather. It is always so nice to leave a holiday with amazing weather and to get back home to just as beautiful weather. For Wade, this weekends perfect weather allowed for a couple of rounds of golf and for me (while he golfed); I spent time outside in the backyard and even a bit of time indoors (with he doors open of course) FINALLY moving back into our kitchen!
This weekend was actually low key (cozy clothes & post holiday blues) but if I were to have gotten ‘dressed’ this white off the shoulder dress would have been my number one choice. I ordered this white off the shoulder dress online a few weeks back in hope that it would be perfect to wear with my growing bump. Much to my surprise, this dress has been one of my favorites that has arrived during my pregnancy. Of course I love wearing white (especially in the spring) but the off the shoulder style has always been a favorite of mine.
With only 3 short months left until the baby arrives (cannot believe I am typing that), I know that this white off the shoulder dress will be on MAJOR repeat.
