Happy Friday and more importantly happy weekend! I hope you are as excited about the three day weekend as I am! Last night we started the weekend off right with some of our good friends who were in from out of town. They moved out of Texas about 2 years ago so whenever they come back they always want Mexican food (our favorite). Of course we took them to Mi Cocina for yummy food & delicious margaritas.

This weekend we have a few plans but most importantly we need to sit by the pool (I know tough) to get a little bit more of a base tan so next weekend when we head to the beach we don’t burn too bad!
