Amongst my friends, I am known as someone who loves to celebrate everything. From the smallest of things to the biggest of the big, I always take any excuse to get together and celebrate with my girlfriends.
From a new season (hello spring!), to finishing up phase 1 of our house renovations, to a sweet friend going back to school for her masters, this month I found a ton of reasons to celebrate!
Since everyone has crazy schedules, lately I have loved inviting friends over for a quick lunch to catch up. Since I work from home, I am able to plan in advance to host, plus it’s so much fun to go to the store, pick up flowers, set the table and of course prepare a healthy meal for a friend.
One of my besties recently went back to school to get her masters, and I of course was excited to jump on yet another reason to celebrate! Since both of our schedules have been so ‘off’ lately, I thought it would be fun to catch up over salads and celebrate with one of my favorite cocktails, the Viniq Glow-Tini.
Before she arrived, I made sure that everything was ready to go, including the Viniq Glow-Tini’s. That way when she got to our house she didn’t have a thing to worry about…she could kick back, relax and enjoy the sweet treats.
Yes, the salad was a hit (I mean who doesn’t love a fresh salad) but she honestly really loved and appreciated that I made a few special cocktails to toast to her new chapter and success to come. This new Glow flavor launched nationally this month, and I’m so glad you all can now enjoy my favorite Viniq flavor! In case you were wondering, Viniq Glow is a delicious fusion of premium vodka, moscato and peach and golden apricot flavors with hints of radiant blossoms. Not only is Viniq delicious but its unique shimmer makes celebratory moments like these picture perfect.
In honor of this moment of celebration, I wanted to make sure to give my bestie an afternoon treat and this new and fun cocktail was the icing on the cake!
See below for my recipe that you can easily recreate at home. It’s so easy and was such a fun beverage to pair with a light lunch!
Viniq Glow Tini
-3 oz. Viniq Glow
-1 oz. New Amsterdam Peach Vodka
Instructions: Chill all ingredients prior to serving. Pour vodka first. Then add in the Viniq Glow. Add a few ice cubes and stir!
