Easy Roasted Carrot Recipe
This may sound crazy if you are someone who is very into cooking but I have never made roasted carrots. On the rare occasion that I make carrots I usually end up boiling them and adding mustard, butter & brown sugar (it’s what my grandmother always does and they are delicious).
I was making roasted potatoes (this is my favorite recipe) and since I picked up some carrots this morning, I decided to mix it up and make some roasted carrots....

It is hard to believe that it has been an entire month (click here to read) since my last Q & A. Where has the time gone?? The last month our time has been spent baking, picking up to-go meals, and finding random projects around the house to keep us busy. Not complaining whatsoever, it’s just really hard to believe that time has gone by surprisingly fast and we have literally not been doing anything (or seeing anyone!)....
