Oh my goodness gracious, today was such a fun day. I had the pleasure of popping in Reese Witherspoons new store, Draper James, in Highland Park Village to meet her and shop around the store. Not only is the store just about the cutest thing I have ever seen (blue and white heaven), Reese is just as adorable. She is so kind and was so sweet to all of her guests. It was so enjoyable to meet Reese because I admire her so much for all that she has accomplished, as well as the brand that she is continuing to build! Last weekend my bestie Kristin and our husbands decided to be on the no plan, plan. We all worked out, then threw on our ‘athleisure’ outfits (workout clothes that you’re not actually working out in) and headed to get our favorite avocado toast at Ascension. After breakfast, we all wanted to go somewhere and just watch football and enjoy the weather. We ended up at Monkey Bar at Mi Cocina (one of our favorites) and spent the afternoon catching up with friends, eating queso and laughing. Some of my favorite memories are when we go with the no plan plan.

Last week we attended the Dallas Symphony Gala. This was the opening night for the symphony and such a fun Dallas event. There was a dinner, a concert and of course an after party! For special events I love to find something to wear that is different but still screams ‘Amy’. For this evening, I had Nardos Design make me the perfect dress. We went with a chartreuse green strapless midi dress with a flower on the front. Very architechtual yet probably one of the prettiest things I have ever worn! Nardos Design is so talented and always designs some of the most unique pieces!
