Hello Friday, thank goodness you are finally here. Yes, it has been a short week for me but it always seems that when you are gone on a Monday you spend the rest of the week trying to play catch up. Anyone else feel this way? After last weekends tame fun time in New Orleans I am planning on spending the weekend relaxing, watching golf with the husband, catching a couple of spin classes, shopping and spending time with friends....

After a long and HOT Dallas summer around this time of year sweater weather becomes my favorite weather. I love nothing more than keeping my style simple and fall like by throwing on a sweater, jeans + a slipper and heading out the door....
The Big Easy
This past weekend I was in New Orleans with Mackenzie, Julia, Liz, Sally + Molly. Needless to say the weekend was jam packed but the 6 of us stuck together and had a blast. Now this was my second trip to NOLA, so I made sure to stop by old favorites (Jackson Square, Carousel Bar, Cafe du Monde + Pat O’s for a Hurricane, of course!) and visit new (The Grill Room + Emeril’s)....
