Formal Living Room Update
A little over a year ago I posted photos of the formal living room at our house (click here to see the photos). At the time of posting the photos, I knew the room was not completely done. We were still looking for art and a side table to truly complete the space.

How To feel Like Your *New* Old Self Post Baby
Having a baby is well…a unique process. If I could describe it in one phrase I would say that it is an emotional roller coaster because it is the perfect storm of everything from anxiety to overwhelming happiness. Although it was one of the best experiences looking back on, being pregnant really wasn’t my thing. It’s weird and I know I am not the only one who feels this way but looking back at pregnancy it really wasn’t that bad…I mean don’t get me wrong, I was miserable but thinking back on it pregnancy seemed quick and short lived....
A sip & see garden party
A couple of weeks ago me and my friends Megan and Hollie threw a sip & see garden party for our friend Candice who just had her third baby. We thought it would be fun to get together some of her closest friends and celebrate the birth of her third baby and also get all of our new babies together (all of these babies were born within the last 7 1/2 months)....
