It’s always fun to wear a dress that you are able to really move it. Call me crazy, but in a weird way it makes walking fun. I recently snagged this Donna Morgan chiffon pleated dress because not only was I obsessed with the way the dress really moves but I am also a big fan of the structure and the black and white combination makes it tres chic....
