Happy Friday everyone! What a week it has been! It has very short but very long at the same time. If you follow me on Instagram you know that last Saturday night we decided to jump on a plane and head to Vegas with friends. Spontaneous? VERY. We showed up at the airport with a basically empty carry-on....

Thank goodness it is Friday! What a fun week but it was SO busy. Between working on some really exciting projects (can’t wait to share), a good friend being in town and the normal things that life throws my way, the week did not slow down. Today will be spent finally getting to e-mails that are a bit over due, maybe a quick manicure (desperate) and then tonight I am attending a business dinner at a Dallas favorite spot and hopefully the rest of the weekend will be spent relaxing with the husband and puppies....

Happy Weekend! It’ssssss Friday! Fast week right? I always have a love/hate relationship with shorter weeks. Yes, I love the holiday but I always get so behind! That being said I will say last weekend/my birthday weekend was one of my favorite (and much needed) weekends in Dallas in a very long time.
Last Friday night my sweet, sweet husband threw me a surprise party at Local (if you are in Dallas you HAVE to try it)....
